Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PingZeus ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service. PingZeus is operated by Newflo Enterprise, Inc., Brooklyn, NY.

PingZeus is a website uptime monitoring service. We periodically check the websites you add to your account, record whether they are reachable, track response times and SSL certificate status, and send you email alerts when a site goes down, recovers, or has an expiring certificate.

Monitoring is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee that every outage will be detected, that checks will run exactly on schedule, or that results will be 100% accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it updated.

You may only monitor websites that you own or are authorized to monitor. You are responsible for ensuring your use of PingZeus complies with applicable laws and with the terms of the websites you monitor.

PingZeus offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Free plans have limits on the number of monitored sites and check frequency. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable advance notice; price changes take effect on your next renewal after the notice.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.

You agree not to:

• Use PingZeus to attack, overload, or harm any website or service;
• Monitor websites you do not own or lack permission to monitor;
• Resell or redistribute the service without our permission;
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

PingZeus is provided "as is". While we aim for reliable monitoring, the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for any failure to detect an outage or for the accuracy of monitoring data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newflo Enterprise, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PingZeus, including lost revenue, business interruption, or undetected downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your monitored sites and historical data may be deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
